摘　　要：目的 :研究成牙本质细胞分化不同阶段L型钙离子通道α1亚基D亚型的分布情况。方法 :采用兔抗小鼠L型钙离子通道α1D亚基多克隆抗体进行牙胚免疫组织化学染色。结果 :在前成牙本质细胞胞体、功能性成牙本质细胞的近矿化端以及成熟成牙本质细胞的胞体和突起上均发现有L型钙离子通道α1亚基D亚型分布。结论AIM: To examine the presence of the α 1D subunit of L-type calcium channel at different stages of odontoblast differentiation. METHODS: A polyclonal antibody against the α 1D subunit of L-type calcium channel was used to detect the localization of L-type calcium channel. RESULTS: Stain was seen on the cell bodies of the pre-odontoblasts, the apical pole of the functional odontoblasts and cell bodies and processes of the mature odontoblasts. CONCLUSION: These channels may facilitate the entry of calcium to be involved in the transcellular transport of calcium during the mineralization process of the dentine.
