摘　　要：风险投资是知识经济时代投资的主流 ,世界各国对风险投资的发展都非常重视。国外许多经济专家对中国的风险投资比较看好 ,但国内风险投资的状况并不乐观 ,主要是由于风险投资项目、市场、机制、人才等因素制约了我国风险投资的发展。The venture capital investment is the direction of investment in the knowledge economy, and every country in the world attaches great importance to its development. Many foreign economists expect China's venture investment is good, but the situation in China is not optimistic, mainly because some factors, such as items of venture investment, market, mechanism, and personnel, restrain the development of China's venture investment.
