眼内麻醉在超声乳化白内障摘出术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 前瞻性研究国产利多卡因眼内麻醉在白内障超声乳化吸出术中的麻醉效果。方法 对80例132眼白内障作巩膜隧道切口超声乳化吸出术,在表面麻醉和结膜下麻醉基础上加眼内麻醉(1%国产利多卡因),记录患者的术中感觉。其中 20例患者1眼作表面麻醉和结膜下麻醉,另1眼加眼内麻醉作为对照。结果88.6%无不适感,9.1%有轻度压力感,2.3%有明显压力感;20例双眼对照患者中眼内麻醉的术眼较对侧眼感觉更为舒适。无术后并发症。结论1%利多卡因眼内麻醉安全有效。Objective To determine the efficacy of intra-cameral anesthesia with local made lidocaine during cataract phacoemulsification. Methods In this prospective study, 132 eyes of 80 patients having scleral tunnel phacoemulsification under topical and subconjunctival anesthesia received additional intra-cameral anesthesia with 0.5 cc of 1 % local made unpreserved lidocaine. Some sensation including mild pressure, increased pressure, pain was recorded during surgery. Of the 80 patients,there are 20 cases received additional intra-cameral anesthesia in one eye,the other one only topical and subconjunctival anesthesia as a control. Results In 132 cases,88. 6% of patients reported no sensation,9. 1% mild pressure,2. 3% increased pressure. No one reported pain during operation. In 20 cases, the intra-cameral anesthesia eyes felt more comfortable than the control eyes. No post-operative complication was found. Conclusion 1% local made unpreserved lidocaine is safety and efficacy to be used in intra-cameral anesthesia.
