摘　　要：双向视频教学系统是远程教学的一种新的重要教学手段 ,它能实现远程交互教学 ,提高教学质量。在建设过程中 ,必须首先考虑充分利用各种媒体资源 ,提高主课堂的信号质量。在目前经济和技术条件下 ,只能选择地面通信系统传输信号。要实现视频信号双向传输 ,就得将视频信号数字化。对数字信号传输带宽和信号质量这两方面 。Revesible video frequency teaching system is a new kind of important teaching method of distant teaching.It can realize distant teaching and studying and improve the teaching quality.During the construction,we should consider firstly how to make use of all medium resources to improve the signal quality of the main classroom.Under the present economic and technological condition,we can only use ground communication system to transmit signals.In order to realize reversible video frequency,we should make video frequency digitalization.To these two aspects:digital signal transmission bardwidth and signal quality,we should deal with them according to different conditions.
