摘　　要：报道了对肿瘤亚临床病灶的探测和治疗设备的需求。提出肿瘤亚临床病灶的早期发现和病灶边界的显示方法提出,增强医院中的医生和医学物理工作者的结合迫在眉睫。This paper describes requirement for the facilities used in detection and treatment of the tumors for the information about sub-region. The definition of the tumor sub-region was given and primary results were introduced. The specifications needed to develop these technologies to meet the requirement are satisfied in China at present condition. But the reform for hospitals to meet the combination between physicians and physicists in radiological department and Radiotherapeutical department are in urgent.
