To report recent progresses in localizating devices, image progressing technology, accuracy and real time of navigation. To discuss its application foregroundin neurosurgery,spinesurgery,E.N.T.department,orthopaedics,radiosurgery,et al and also to de scribe the challenge and developing direction that surgery navigation is faced with.
