Frialit-2种植体在修复前牙缺失中的应用

摘　　要：目的　评价Frialit -2种植体修复前牙缺失的临床疗效。方法　即刻植入组 (2 0例 )与常规植入组(3 4例 ) ,共植入 66个Frialit -2种植体 ,均以单冠作义齿修复。结果　经 0 .5～ 4年的临床观察 ,即刻植入组与常规植入组成功率分别为 90 .0 %与 96.6%。结论　常规植入组的疗效优于即刻植入组 ;FRIALIT -2种植体修复前牙缺失可获得良好的功能与美学效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects on the anterior single-tooth replacement with the Frialit-2 implants.Methods The totally 66 frialit-2 implants were placed in 54 patients with anterior teeth loss.20 cases were treated immediately following extraction,34 cases received routine implant placement.All Ceramic crown was used for prosthetics.Results By following-up from 6 months to 4 years,the overall surivival rate in both groups has been 92.8%,and that of the immediate placement group 90.0% and the routine placement group 95.6%. Conclusion The survival rate of routine implant placement group is better than that of immediate implant placement group;the favored aesthetics & funciton can be obtained with frialit-2 implants of the patients with anterior tooth loss.
