镍钛推簧加Ⅱ类牵引远中移动上磨牙矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨利用颌间支抗快速推上磨牙远中移动矫正安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的方法。方法　镍钛推簧配合Ⅱ类牵引使上磨牙及尖牙快速远中移动。结果　上颌磨牙每月平均远中移动 1.0 75± 0 .0 3 2mm ,上下磨牙相对移动平均每月 1.81± 0 .0 2mm ,上下磨牙达近中尖对尖关系的平均疗程为 10周。上颌前磨牙平均每月远中移动1.76± 0 .0 3mm ,上颌尖牙平均每月远中移动 2 .12± 0 .0 7mm。结论　镍钛推簧配合Ⅱ类牵引对于下颌轻度后缩、下前牙较直立或内倾、Spee’s曲线较平坦的病例 ,可以迅速远中移动上颌磨牙矫正安氏Ⅱ类关系。Objective To evaluate a method of orthodontic therapy Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion used intermaxillary anchorage distalization of upper molars.Methods NiTi coil-spring and class Ⅱ elastic make distalization of upper molars.Results The average rate of distalization was 1.075±0.032 mm/month in upper molars.The relative transposition average rate of maxillary molars and mandible molars was 1.81±0.02 mm/month.The attained slight mesioclusion times of relative transposition of upper molars and lower molars was 10 months.the average rate of distalization was 1.76±0.03 mm/month in maxillary premolar,2.12±0.07 mm/month in maxillary canine.Conclusion NiTi coil-spring and class Ⅱ elastic can rapidly distalizate upper molar for orthodontic therapy Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion in the cases of slight retrusion mandible,straight or tipping lower incisor and Spee's curve level.
