潜在性开的矫治

摘　　要：目的　探讨潜在性开的矫治方法。方法　采用高位口外牵引、口内腭杆、细丝轻力、后倾曲、前牙区垂直牵引等矫治方法 ,对 15例潜在性开牙合患者进行矫治。结果　全部病例的开牙合均未表现出来 ,达到正常覆盖、覆牙合关系。结论　对潜在性开牙合患者实施矫治时 ,术前诊断明确 ,术中防止磨牙伸长、倾斜 ,竖直倾斜磨牙 。Objective To study the orthordontic method to openbite tendency. Methods Patients with openbite tendency were treated with high-pull extraoral force ?palatal bar ?light wire ?light force ?retroversive bend ?anterior vertical elastic.Results Normal overjet ?overbite were obtained and no openbite could be seen .Conclusion As for the patients with openbite tendency ,the skeletal openbite tendency should be found before treatment , and the coordinet treatments such as uprighting molar ?preventing molar from extrusion ?tipping and anterior from intrusion are necessary .
