摘　　要：目的　探讨牙外科正畸术在矫治成年人牙牙合畸形中的临床价值。方法　对 812例牙源性错牙合畸形患者 ,采用牙外科正畸术矫治。结果　术后 3月、6月、1年的观察 ,总有效率 90 % ,手术适应症选择及术者操作的熟练程度 ,决定了手术的成败。Objective To elaluate the clinical walue of dental surgery orthodontics in correction and therapy of adults, maxillofacial malformation.Methods 812 cases of maxillofacial malformation were treated with dental surgery orthodontics.Results The total effectve rates of the trdatment.after operation 3 months 6 month or 1 yeas was90%,Indication selection and skillfulness are important.Conclusion Dental surgery orthodontics in correction and therapy of adults, maxillofacial malformation can achieve good clinical practical value.
