摘　　要：本文报告10例体质性黄疸患者的肝超微结构特点。其中包括DubinJohnson综合征1例、Rotor综合征3例、Gilbert综合征6例。作者分析了这三种疾病在肝超微结构上的共同点及异同点,作者认为这三种病征关系密切,可能均与先天性溶酶体功能障碍有关。This paper studies the ultrastructure of liver in 10 patients with constitutional joundice that are 1 Dubin-johnson's syndrome, 3 Rotor's syndrome 6 Gilberts syndrome respectively. The authors analysed their common features of ultrastructure of the liver and the changes of ultrastructure in each syndrome. The authors think that there are close relation between 3 kinds of syndromes and it is possible in relation to congenital functional changes in lysosome
