摘 要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对汝城自毛茶等五个茶树群体的春、夏、秋、冬四季,以及枝梢不同部位的过氧化物酶等六种酶的同工酶进行了研究,分离出过氧化物酶同工酶15条,多酚氧化酶和苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶各10条,酯酶同工酶11条,超氧化物歧化酶4条,谷氨酸脱氧酶同工酶1条,研究结果表明,茶树同工酶存在部位特异性、品种特征性以及明显的季节性变化,试验还根据各品种同工酶表型、进行了分类研究及亲缘性分析。Five varieties of Tea plant[Camellia sinensis(L.)Kuntze],Anhua-cha, Chenbu-donbu,Jianghua-kucha,Yunnan-dayecha & Ruchen-baimao-cha,were used as materials to study the variation of the isozyme of peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase,esterase,malate dehydrogenase,superoxide dismutase & glulamic dehydrogenase in different parts of shoots in different periods(Spring, Summer,Auturm & Winter ) using PAGE method.The five varieties studied could be cassified into two kinds with the expression of isozymes in each variety by using fuzzy clustering analysis.One kind consists of Yunnan-daye-cha, Chenbu-dongcha,Jianghua-kucha,Ruchen-baimaoeha.The other is anhuacha. In contrast with yunnan-dayecha on relativity,the other four varieties studied could be ranged as follows based on the affinity:Chenbu-dongcha, Ruchen-baimaocha,Jianghua-kucha,Anhua-cha.Anhua-cha was the evolutiver variety
