摘 要:放射治疗主要通过产生大量自由基而杀伤肿瘤细胞,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是体内清除自由基的关键酶。本文测得宫颈癌组织SOD活性为55.24±19.45,低于正常宫颈上皮组织的82.76±15.74U/mg pro,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。对25例宫颈癌放疗患者放疗前取癌组织测定SOD活性,发现放疗敏感组(19例)的癌组织SOD活性为49.61±17.21,低于不敏感组(6例)的68.40±13.72U/mgpro(P<0.05)。结果提示宫颈癌SOD活性降低可提高其放射敏感性。另观察到宫颈癌患者红细胞中Cu.Zn-SOD活性(uB/gHb)与健康妇女比较差别无显著性(P>0.05)。而宫颈癌患者由于贫血,导致其全血Cu.Zn-SOD活性(ug/ml)降低。Radiotherapy brings into production of free radicals to kill tumout cells. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a key enzyme scavenging free radicals in the body. SOD activity in cervix carcinoma tissues was 55.24±19.45, lower than 82.76±15. 74(U/mg pro) in normal cervix epithelium tissues. The difference was highly significant(P<0.01 ). 25 cases of cervix carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were classfied clinically as two groups according to their radiosensitivity. SOD activity of sensitive group(19 cases) was 49, 61±17.21, lower than 68. 40±13. 72(U/mg pro) of less sensitive group (6 cases) (P<0.05). The results suggest that the decreasing of SOD activity in cervix carcinoma tissues can strengthen their sensitivity to radiotherapy. We also observed that there was no significant difference about SOD activity, in red blood cells between cases of cervix carcinoma and healthy women. However, the whole SOD activity in total blood from cases of cervix carcinoma was decreased because of anaemia.
