摘 要:目的 探讨可摘局部义齿基牙的应力分布及新的测试装置。方法 在模拟下颌肯氏Ⅱ类缺失的模型上 ,利用 3个敏感探测仪和 1个激光震荡仪 ,将测得的数据通过数据转换器输入微机中 ,对 5种不同卡环基牙的位移进行分析。结果 5种不同固位装置义齿的基牙都有牙体移动、倾斜、扭转和垂直向的变位。结论 三臂卡环的基牙表现出有较大的倾斜度 ,而回力卡环的基牙牙体倾斜和扭转都比较小。结果证实 ,新测试装置精确性高 ,对可摘局部义齿基牙的应力分析研究有重要意义。Objective To determine the influence of the clasp design on abutment tooth of the partial denture. Methods The measuring device of this system was composed of only three Position Sensitive Detectors(PSD) and a laser oscillation device. The laser beams were output from the apical position on the axis of abutment tooth to three directions which were perpendicular mutually. Each laser beam pointed on the PSD and the coordinates on each PSD were recorded. Those coordinates were input through the Analog Digital converter to the personal computer and the behavior of abutment tooth movements of five types of clasp on a simulation model were analyzed.Results Inclination, torsion and vertical translocation of five types of clasp could be detected.Conclusion Arker's clasp shows larger inclination and the back action clasp shows smaller inclination and torsion of abutment tooth. Since this analyzing system is of high accuracy, it is very useful to measure the abutment tooth movement of removable partial dentures.
