A Study on Mental Health Status and Its Related Factors in Postgraduates

摘　　要：目的　了解研究生心理卫生状况、人格特征 ,探索其与社会学因素的关系。方法　采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、90项症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )等心理评估工具及社会学状况调查表连续三年对 2 42名在校研究生进行有关调查。结果　在研究生心理卫生状况的界定中 ,有 2 4.8%研究生SCL - 90的总分高于常模 ,其中高于常模 1个标准差者为 8.6 % ,高于 1.5个标准差者为 3.4%。心理评估量表得分与年龄、与专业类型、幼时家庭氛围等因素呈显著性相关。结论　研究生群体的心理卫生状况值得广泛重视。Objective To investigate mental health status and characteristics of personality of postgraduates, and to explore the relationship between the psychological profile and social variables of postgraduates.Methods Some social questionnaires and psychological measurement instruments which included Symptom Checklist 90(SCL?90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) etc. were employed. 242 postgraduates were interviewed once a year for three successive years.Results 24.8% of postgraduates had greater SCL?90 total score than normal model score, there were 8.6% of all the postgraduates having one standard deviation above the normal model, 3.4% above one and a half standard deviation. There existed significant correlations between several social variables and psychological measurements. There was a negative correlation between age and SCL?90 score, and there were also a positive correlation between different speciality and family background or environmental status at youth.Conclusion The mental health status of postgraduates should be paid more attention.
