摘 要:设计、研制成功了具有多炉芯结构的新型SiC冶炼炉 ,实验对比了在各种条件一致的情况下 ,传统的Acheson法与多炉芯加热法冶炼SiC的单产能耗和产品类型。结果表明多炉芯加热法耗能低、电极和炉芯布局灵活、生产品种多样化 ,可生产市面上的所有的SiC产品。该技术在SiC工业生产中得到实际应用 ,工业生产实践表明多炉芯加热法的确有显著的节能降耗、提高产率和产量的作用 ,而且喷炉现象少、运行平稳、便于进一步使炉型大型化 ,具有重要的经济和社会价值。A new type of SiC furnace with multi-cores was designed and developed.The specific power consumption of multi-cores heat technology was compared with traditional mono-core heat Acheson technique under the same condition.Experiment result shows that multi-cores heating technology has lower power consumption,while the electrodes and cores can be arranged optionally,and SiC products species can be diversified.All types of the SiC products on the market can be manufactured by the same furnace.Multi-cores heating technology has been used in fabricating SiC on an industrial scale.It can save engrgy while improving the productivity and output of SiC remarkblly.The phenomena of puffing were reduced and the SiC furnace was stable in operation.It is an aid for the SiC furnace to become more powefrul with a great economic and social value.
