摘　　要：伴随着国家之间的政治、经济和文化的交流与联系日益频繁和紧密 ,留学教育得到了迅速发展。其发展趋势及其呈现出来的发展特点 ,使得留学教育相对于以往任何一个时期 ,对国际关系的影响都要更深远 ,更具全方位性。With the increasing development and inseparation of intercommunion and contact in politics?economy?and culture among nations, studying abroad has been developing rapdly. The article will analyze the characteristics of studying abroad and the influence of studying abroad on international relations.
