摘　　要：对 35日龄的血液生理生化指标进行了检测 ,反映出日常生长繁殖中Smad3基因剔除小鼠性成熟时血液生理生化指标的变化。纯合型 (- - )小鼠的白细胞和血小板明显高于杂合型 (+ - )和野生型 (+ +)小鼠。各项生化指标三种表型之间方差分析CER、GPT、CL、CA、MC差异显著 ,其它指标均差异不显著。纯合型 (- - )的GLU、CK、UA、TG、GPT、GOT、BUN、LDH L指标高于野生型的小鼠 ;CRE、CA。Hematological and blood biochemical index of smad3 mice the 35d were determinated.The results studied the changes of the hematological and blood biochemical index of Smad3 knockout mice. There were a few significant differences in mice between sexes(male and female mice).The parameters of the WBC and hemoblast of homozygous mutants were higher than those of heterozygous mutants and wild-types.The parameters of CER,GPT,CL,CA and MG were significant different among three types through statistics;The other parameters were no significant different.The parameters of GLU,CK,UA,TG,GPT,GOT,BUN and LDH-L of homozygous mutants were higher than those of wild-types,but the parameters of CRE,CA and MG were lower.
