摘  要:用人精子免疫BALB/C小鼠,用杂交瘤技术制备出9株抗人精子单克隆抗体。经酶联免疫吸附试验和间接免疫荧光实验证明,9株抗人精子单克隆抗体均能与人精子产生特异性免疫反应。连续传代及液氮中保存的杂交瘤细胞分泌抗人精子单克隆抗体的滴度持续稳定。BALB/C mice were immunized by human spermia and 9 strains of monoclonal antibodies against human sperm were prepared by technique of hybrodoma Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and indirect immunoflourescene assay show that all the 9 strains of monoclonal against human sperm can produce spceific immunoclonal antibodies against human sperm secreted by hybridoma cell with continuous passage and liquit nitrogen conservation is steady.
