29年来住院老年及老年精神疾病的变迁

摘　　要：研究了29年(1960～1988)间我院收治的全部老年患者,老年患者共1665人,占全部住院患者的3.18％,有逐年增高的趋势。住院老人有逐渐高龄化及女性患者比例增高的趋势。老年精神疾病916例,其中精神分裂症占25％,脑血管所致的精神障碍占24％,情感障碍9％;器质性精神障碍逐年增高,功能性精神障碍逐年下降。All the hospitalization senile patients treated by our hospital in 29 years are studied. The results show that: there are 1 655 seniles and it is 3. 18% of all the hospitalization pa- tients, and tend to increase year by year. 932 cases arc senile patients with mental disease, and of them, schizophreniaes are 25%, psychonosemas induced by cerebrovascular disease are 24%, affective disorders are 9%; The patients with organic mental disorder are in- creasing year by year.
