摘  要:中南林学院林产工业研究所与湖南农学院苎麻研究所协作,于1987~1988年对苎麻剥制后的剩余物——麻骨(含有纤维索),用于制造人造板,进行了可行性研究和中间试验,本文对苎麻骨纤维形态及化学成分进行了观察和分析,工艺试验包括:原料处理、热磨法制备粗浆、精浆处理、成型和热压试验,试验产品进行了物理力学性能测试,根据工艺试验优化结果进行了中间试验。此外,还利用麻骨密度小的特点,直接将麻骨破碎,采用脲醛树脂作胶粘剂,试制密度为0.5~0.6g/cm^3的轻型人造板,选用刨切薄木或纸质塑料复面,效果很好。An experimental study and intermediate test on the manufacturing fiberboard of debasted ramie stems, which are full of cellulose, was conducted andthe observations and analyses were focused on the size, form and chemicalcomponents of the fiber of debasted ramie stems. The technological experimentincluded raw material treatment, coarse pulp making by hot-grinding, pulprefining, forming and hot-pressing, and it was followed by the intermediatetest. Fragmenting the stems to produce light man-made boar with the densityof 0.5-0.6g per cubic centimeter by adding urea resin as adhisive and planedwood film or paper-like plastic sheet as mulch was also tested and the resultwas satisfactory.
