高强度超声治疗兔子宫内膜移植性VX_2肿瘤的病理学转归

摘　　要：目的 :观察高强度超声 (HIU)治疗子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤模型的病理变化及其转归。方法 :15只子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤模型兔分别于 HIU (声强 5 0 W/ cm2 ,频率 10 MHz)治疗前及 HIU治疗后即刻 ,2小时 ,4 8小时 ,10天 ,2 8天及 15 0天处死 ,大体及组织学观察模型肿瘤的生物学特性及其 HIU治疗后靶区组织病理学变化。结果 :兔子宫内膜 VX2 肿瘤为鳞癌 ,TTC染色阳性。HIU治疗后靶区组织出现凝固性坏死 ,TTC染色不着色。损伤的修复主要为坏死的组织脱落、肉芽组织替代的过程。结论 :HIU可有效杀灭肿瘤细胞 。Objective:To evaluate the pathological outcome after HIU treatment.Methods:Fifteen New Zealand white rabbits with endometrial VX 2 carcinoma 4 days after neoplasm implantation were used in the experiment.One rabbits were sacrificed before HIU treatment to observe the characteristics of the model.Forteen rabbits underwent HIU at an acoustic intensity of 50W/cm 2 with frenquency 10MHz.They were sacrificed immediately,2 hour,48 hour,10 days,28days and 150 days after HIU treatmemt to explore the pathologic change.Results:The histological character of this model was squamous neoplasm.It was positive for TTC staining.Histological examination revealed severe degeneration,cougulative necrosis of targeted tumor tissue.The repair of lesion had the proceses of destroyed tissue eradiation and granulation replacememt.Conclusions:The cancer cells can be killed by HIU completely,severe complacation never happened.
