摘　　要：为探讨一种简便、安全的治疗颌面部血管瘤的疗法 ,采用平阳霉素加地塞米松局部注射。共 4 6例 ,其中治愈33例 ,占 71.74 % ;显效 13例 ,占 2 8.2 6 %。结果提示 :平阳霉素局部注射是一种安全、有效的治疗颌面部血管瘤的方法。To find a simple and safe surgical approach to treat maxillofacial hemangioma, pingyangmycin in combination with dexamethasone was injected into hemangioma locally. Of the 46 cases in this group, 33 were totally cured, accounting for 71 74 %, 13 cases were improved, accounting for 28 26 %. Local injection of Pinyangmycin in combination with dexamethasone was a safe and effective treatment for maxillofacial hemangioma.
