抗凝血酶Ⅲ对实验性弥散性血管内凝血防治疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)对家兔弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的预防和治疗作用。方法:以脂多糖(LPS)和组织凝血活酶静注形成DIC。分别测定纤维蛋白原浓度、凝血酶原时间(PT)、3P试验、血小板计数、谷草转氨酶(ASF)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)。结果:AT-Ⅲ对LPS及组织凝血活酶所致的DIC均有防治作用,表现为血小板计数与纤维蛋白原浓度降低程度明显减弱,PT改变与对照组几无差异,3P试验强阳性程度减小,病理切片显示高浓度AT-Ⅲ组心、肝、肺、肾等脏器的炎症反应及病理性损害明显减轻。结论:AT-Ⅲ对LPS和组织凝血活酶所致DIC具有一定的防治作用。Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of antithrombin-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) on experimental disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) in rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were at random divided into the control and AT-Ⅲ plus lipopolysaccharide(LPS) or AT-Ⅲ plus thromboplastin(Tp) groups. Experimental DIC was induced by injection of LPS or Tp. AT-Ⅲ was intravenously injected zfter the injection of LPS or Tp. 2. 5 hours later, blood sample were drawn and the concentration of fibrinogen, pro-thrombin time(PT), 3P test, platelet count, AST and CK was measured. Results: As compared with the controls, it was found that the platelet count and plasma concentration of fibrinogen were significantly decreased and the PT time showed no significant difference, but the positive degree of 3P test was remarkably decreased and the pathologic changes of the heart, liver, lung and kindney were slight in the high-dose AT-Ⅲ group. Conclusion: AT-Ⅲ can inhibit the DIC and inflammation response caused by LPS or Tp.
