极固宁治疗牙本质感觉过敏症的临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨极固宁脱敏剂治疗牙本质感觉过敏症的临床效果。方法将 12 8例 (2 0 6颗牙 )牙本质感觉过敏症病人随机分为两组。治疗组 80例 (12 6颗牙 )采用极固宁脱敏剂治疗 ,对照组 4 8例 (80颗牙 )采用双氟涂料治疗。术前做好充分的物品准备 ,术中密切配合。结果治疗组治疗后即时及半年后有效率均明显高于对照组 (χ2 =35 8、39 8,均P <0 0 1)。结论极固宁脱敏剂治疗牙本质感觉过敏症可起到双重脱敏作用 ,效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of desensitizer Jiguning in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity and nursing care. Methods 128 patients (206 teeth) with dentine hypersensitivity were divided into two groups: treatment group ( n =80, 126 teeth) receiving Jiguning and control group ( n =48, 80 teeth) receiving difluorine pigment. Results The effective rate immediate and half a year after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group (χ 2=35 8 and 39 8 respectively, both P <0 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Jiguning in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity was satisfactory. Oral nursing might play an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of Jiguning in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity.
