摘　　要：在刑事诉讼中 ,很多案件是和其他案件或犯罪行为联系在一起的。而依照我国刑事诉讼法的规定则可能会导致几个法院都享有管辖权。In criminal procedure, most of the cases are involved in other cases or crimes. While, according to the criminal procedure law, it may result in that several courts all have the jurisdiction. This article is just for the purpose of solving this kind of conflicts.
