摘　　要：知识经济时代人力资源成为知识经济实现的先决条件 ,而这一时期的大学毕业生应以自己的专业知识作为中心 ,与其它相近的专业领域形成网络状的复合型知识结构 ,达到知识深度和广度的有机结合并具备适应社会需要的实践能力。This paper elaborates the importance of manpower resources and the quality of undergraduates in an age of knowledge economy. Without the manpower such economy could hardly be realized. The undergraduates should have a solid foundation of their major and cover other fields concerned. On the other hand, they ought to obtain the ability to adapt themselves to meet the need of the society. Based on the analysis, the paper points out the features for the employment as part of campus work and offers countermeasures as well.
