摘　　要：目的　了解三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者染色体水平的变化情况。方法　用我院和中山大学中山医学院遗传教研室的方法 ,对三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎患者 12例进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型 (G带 )分析、畸变分析及微核分析 ;对 6例剥脱性皮炎进行染色体脆性分析。结果　染色体核型分析 :男性 7例均为 46 ,XY ,女性 5例为 46 ,XX ,未发现明显异常 ;染色体畸变分析 ( % ) :总畸变率为 1 6 7± 1 18;染色体型畸变率为 0 42± 0 6 4;染色单体型畸变率为 1 2 5± 0 83;微核细胞率为 ( 1 92± 1 32 )‰ ,均在本实验室正常范围内 ;染色体脆性分析也未见明显脆性位点。结论　在本文的检测条件下 。Objective To study the changes of chromosome on the medicamentosa-like dermatitis patients induced by trichloroethene. Methods With the methods commonly used in our laboratory and in the Genetics Department of Sun Yet-san University of Medical Sciences, the chromosome karyotypes (G band stain), chromosome aberration and micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes were observed on 12 medicamentosa-like dermatitis patients induced by trichloroethene. A chromosome brittleness test was also carried out on 6 exfoliative patients. Results It was shown that karyotypes of 7 males (46, XY) and 5 females (46, XX) were normal. The chromosome aberration test showed that the rates of total aberration, karyotype aberration, chromatid aberration and micronuclei cells were (1.67±1.18)%,(0.42±0.64)%,(1.25±0.83)% and (1.92±1.32)‰ respectively, all of them were within the normal range of our laboratory. The brittleness test of chromosome demonstrated that no brittle point was found. Conclusion Based on our test, no chromosome level change was found in the medicamentosa-like dermatitis patients induced by trichloroethene.
