摘　　要：在提出企业融资问题及其解决方法的基础上 ,对基于成本和收益的企业融资风险进行研究。运用模糊数学理论和模糊综合评判方法建立分析模型 ,对企业融资风险管理进行研究 。After studying of issue about financing on corporation,this paper analyses the risk of financing corporation based on cost and earnings and presents a model of risk analysis & evaluation by using the fuzzy theory and fuzzy comprehensive assessment.It also offers some countermeasures against financing risks.
