摘　　要：简要介绍密立根油滴实验的研究发展过程,分析了它在素质教育和教学改革方面给我们的启示。阐述了排序差分法求最大公约数的数学方法,设计了用天平称衡方法研究量子化概念的实验。The improvement and development of Millikan oil-drop experiment are presented.The inspiration to the quality education and teaching reform is analysed. A difference method tofind the greatest common divisor is introduced and an experiment on quantization by a balancemethod is designed.
