摘　　要：本文分析指出近 2 0年来 ,从批量生产方式向柔性生产方式的转变是美国及其他经济发达国家报酬不平等性增长的主要原因。并通过国际上的经验从多个角度论述了为什么柔性化会带来报酬不平等性的增加以及这种不平等性增长的延续性。最后分析指出了我国在面临知识经济、柔性化转变时减少报酬不平等性增长的必要性以及从政府、企业、个人等几个方面如何有效地减少报酬不平等性的增长。In the past 20 years,the main reason of the increasing earning inequality in America and other developed countries is the changing from mass production to flexible production. From the experience of those countries, we discussed why flexible production could lead to the increasing earning inequality and found out this kind of increasing may last a period of time. Then we point out the necessity of reducing the increasing earning inequality and how to do so for the governments, companies and individuals when we face the knowledge economy and the changing to flexible production.
