摘 要:目的探讨C4~6神经根走行特点及其在颈椎退行变(尤其是仅有颈椎弧度的改变)中的临床意义。方法在10具共20侧经福尔马林常规固定的成人尸体标本,解剖位下观测C4~6神经根部的走行特点,即与前、中斜角肌起始部的关系;结合临床典型病例分析。结果前、中斜角肌在颈椎横突的前后结节起始部的纤维交叉成网状,C4~6神经根穿出网状结构,并为其固定。这种形态,C4为18侧,占90%,C5为19侧,占95%,C6为13侧,占65%。结论颈椎退行变(尤其是仅有颈椎弧度的改变)引起颈肩痛的机制,可能是C4~6神经根为前、中斜角肌起始部交叉成网状的纤维卡压所致。Objective To investigate the anatomical chara cteristic of C4~6 nerve root and its clinic significan ce.Methods 20sides of adult cadavers were studied,more attention was paied on the C4~6 nerve root and the origination of ant erior and mediscalenus.Result The origination of anterior and mediscalenus from the antero processus tran sversus post processus transversus of cervical spine are cross connecti on,form the structure like net,C4~6 nerve root penetrate this structure.18siders of C4 never root(90%)was this anatomical pattern,95%of C5 and 65%of C6 also was.Conclusion The mechanism of cervicodynia shoul d pain caused by the regression of cervical spine,especially in patients only with change of physiological curvature of cervical spine.It is that C 4~6 nerve root are compressed by net-lik ed fibrous tissue which from the origination of anterior sca lenus muscle and mediscalenus.
