网校——民办教育发展的新增长点

摘　　要：网校是网络背景下通过网络传输方式对学习者进行远程教育的新型学校组织形式。社会力量是举办和参与网校建设的重要主体。它依据办学主体 ,基于的网络环境和性质的不同 ,可以分为多种形式。网校教育具有不同于传统学校教育的特点 ,它将带来教育的八方面的影响和变革。网校的发展急需对网校组织形式、规范标准、营利性网校存在的合法性。Net school is an organizational form of the new school for long distance teacning the learners through net transmission way under the net background. Social force is the important body for setting up and participating in the construction of net schools. It may be divided into many forms according to the school running body, the differeuces of net circumstances and characters. Net school education has its feature that differs with that of the traditional school education. It will bring the education eight effects and reforms. It is necessary for the development of net school to research and investigate the questions,such as its organizational forms, standards, the lawfulness of the existance of the profit making net schools, the exceeding region and world wideness of the education.
