摘　　要：通过对陕甘宁边区近 5 0年气温记录的分析 ,认为陕甘宁边区正在变暖变干 ,2 0世纪 90年代至今暖干趋势加剧 ;极端事件尤其是干旱的强度、频率正在增强。Based on the analysis of atmospheric temperature records in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area in recent 50 years, It is believed that the climate is getting warmer and drier in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area. Since the 1990s, the trend of getting warmer and drier has been accelerated, especially the intensity and frequency of drought have increased. In view of the trend of climate vulnerable changes, the strategy for environmental construction is put forward.
