P^(16)蛋白在前列腺癌及癌旁非典型增生组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的 :研究抑癌基因P16蛋白在前列腺癌及癌旁非典型增生组织中的表达。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S -P法 ,对 4 0例前列腺癌及 30例前列腺癌旁非典型增生组织进行P16蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果 :4 0例前列腺癌中有18例为阳性反应 (45 % ) ,其中高分化癌阳性率为 6 7% (4/ 6 ) ,中分化癌为 4 5 % (10 / 2 2 ) ,低分化癌为 33% (4/ 12 )。 30例前列腺癌旁非典型增生组织中有 2 1例呈阳性反应 (70 % )。P16蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达阳性率低于癌旁非典型增生组织 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P16蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达阳性率随着前列腺癌病理分级和恶性程度的增加显著降低 ,P16蛋白参与前列腺癌的发生、发展 ,可作为前列腺癌生物学行为及预后评估的参考指标之一。Objective: To investigate the expression of P 16 protein in prastatic carcinoma and Atypical hyperplasia tissues adjacent to cancer.Methods: Immunohistochemistry (S-P) assay was carried out to detect P 16 Protein in 40 cases prostatic carcinoma and 30 cases atypical hyperplasia tissue adjacent to cancer.Results: 18 out of 40 cases of prostatic carcinoma showed positive staining of P 16 protein (45%), and the positivity rate in high, middle and low differentiated prostatic carcinoma were 67%?45% and 33% respectively, the positive rate of P 16 protein in dysplasia tissue adjacent to cancer was 70%. The expression of P 16 protein in prostatic carcinoma was significantly lower than that of dysplasia tissue adjacent to cancer ( p<0.05 ).Conclusion: It is suggested the positive rate of P 16 protein markly decreased with the increase of pathological grade and malignant degree, and P 16 protein can be used as a predictor of malignant potential and prognosis.
