摘　　要：精神损害赔偿是民法的重要内容之一 ,但是我国的精神损害赔偿法律制度尚不完善。笔者从精神损害赔偿的适用范围、赔偿标准等角度阐述了精神损害赔偿制度的缺陷 。Compensation for mental damage is one of the essential contents of the civil law.However,there is still much left to be done about the system of the Compensation for mental damage.In this article the author expounds the defects of such a system from the scope and the Criterion of the Compensation for mental damage.Furthermore,the author also puts forward some corresponding preposals to improve and perfect the system.\;
