摘 要:应用超声心动技术观测了94名经系统体育锻炼的青少年和96名一般青少年静息时的左心形态与功能。结果表明:心脏的增长发育表现为左室腔径的增大先于室壁厚度的增加。两者既受年龄因素的制约,也受体育锻炼的影响。长期坚持系统体育锻炼可使心脏产生适应性改变,尤以左室心肌重量更为明显(LVMI有锻炼少年女组为有锻炼青年女组的58%,但一般少年女组仅为有锻炼青年女组的34%)。同样,长期坚持体育锻炼者,心力储备增加,心脏功能加强。The resting structure and function of left ventricle of the heart were investigatedin 94 well physical trained healthy adolescents with ultrasonic cardiograph.The resultindicated as follows:The development of left ventricular structure in trained group is better than thecontrol group.The ejecting capacity as well as cardiac reseve increases more rapidlyin trained group than untrained group,and the heart rate also decreased more in welltrained subjects.these findings demonstate that highly physical exercise causes adap-tive physiological changs of the heart.The developmental rate of the heart varies con-siderably according on the age.The enlargement of left ventricle cavity is earlyer thanthe ventricular wall thickens.
