摘  要:环境激素对地球生态系统带来严重威胁。大量难降解环境激素 (如多氯联苯、二口恶英 )危害全球脆弱的生态环境 ,其直接后果之一就是人类乳腺癌等恶性疾病发病率急剧上升。因此 ,当今世界各国均十分重视环境激素的环境生物学机理研究。辐射化学作为一门高新技术 ,在环境激素污染物处理、降解机理与生命科学研究等方面可发挥重要作用 ,例如 :同步辐射可用于直接观测溶液中的雌激素受体 ER真实结构 ,脉冲辐解。Environmental hormone or endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) have already become a threat to the global eco system. They have also become a very stable and highly chronic poisonous agent in nature. Unfortunately, every year millions of tons of EDCs (such as PCBs, dioxins) are pouring into our fragile environment without any proper treatment. As a result, breast cancer and other relevant horrifying diseases turn to be prevalent at a shockingly increasing rate. Though lots of scientists today all over the world are engaged in the study of the molecular mechanism, clinic application and the environment assessment of EDCs exposure are seldom studied as a high tech tool. But, in fact, as we know, radiation chemistry apparatus can be very useful for purifying pollutants in air. It can also play a very important role in the degradation kinetics mechanism and life science characteristic of environment hormones. The present paper has given an introduction to the novel theory and its developments in recent years, especially on its possibility of being used as a chemical tool such as laser flash photolysis, pulse radiolysis and ESR. In the above said areas, radiation chemistry can be used to test transient radical species of EDCs, which are essential to mark the processing in vivo and in vitro. The structure and binding activity of estrogen receptor (ER) can be observed in the solution through synchrotron. As the research experience shows, radiation, though very powerful in itself, can be made safe to treat the pollution problem of environment hormones. To prove this point, the paper has provided a lot of digraphs of pulse radiolysis equipment and the structure of ERα.
