摘 要:利用原子吸收光谱研究了重金属Cr污染对植物的生态环境及吸收富集重金属的影响。结果表明,铬矿渣严重污染土壤和地表水;土壤中Cr含量与取样点至铬矿渣堆的距离成反比;污染区植物根部具有较强的吸收与富集Cr的作用,其植物根部Cr含量与相应土壤中Cr含量成正比,且比例都在0.03左右。Effects of plant growth in the soil polluted by chromium, absorption a nd accumulation of the metal by the plant were investigated using atomic absorpt ion spectrophotometer. The results in this investigation indicated that Cr slag could obviously pollute the soil and surface water both; while Cr content in the soil was inversely proportional to distance between the sampling sites to the C r slag heap. It has also found that the roots of plant grown in contaminated reg ion were obviously capable of absorption and accumulation of Cr and its contents were, with a factor of approximately 0.03, directly related to the contents in the soil where the plant was growing.
