摘　　要：介绍了与安全相关系统重要的国际标准 ;石油化工安全生命周期的概念 ;安全控制系统 (SIS)设计步骤 ;故障安全控制系统和危险与可操作性评价。The important international standard for the safety related systems; the concept of petrochemical process safety life cycle; the design steps of safety instrument system (SIS); the failure safe control systems and methods for hazard and operability studies are introduced. The main features of related technology and its applications are also described.
