电容式含水率计安装方式与测量误差研究

摘　　要：针对电容式含水率计在油井高含水段 (6 0 %～ 10 0 % )的分辨率低的问题 ,对其影响因素进行了试验研究。由理论分析知 ,电容式含水率计在高含水段分辨率低的原因是含量较低的油相被含量较高且导电良好的水相屏蔽所致 ,因此 ,通过水平安装电容式含水率计 ,使高含水原油水平流过含水电极 ,油水两相中含量较低的油相在重力作用下会形成一定程度的连续相 ,从而提高含水率计高含水段的分辨率。试验结果对于提高原油含水测量精度 ,降低油井计量成本 。The measuring principle of capacitance water cut meter for measuring the wate cut in crude oil isexpounded, and the reason why the meter has a low resoluhon athigh water cut(60%100%) interval is analyzed.Through experimental study ,the main reason is believed to lie in the fact that the low-content oil phase is shielded by the higher-content water phase with good conductivity when the capacit ance water cut meter is installed in a trallhonal vertical way. To improve the resoluhon of the meter at high wate cut interval, the meter is installed in a horizontal direction to make the low-content oil phase form a continuous phase to some extent.The related expemental results shows that, by installing the capacitance wate cut meter horizontally, the resointion of the mthe can be improved effectively
