摘　　要：目的了解ARROW单腔中心静脉导管在卵巢癌腹腔化疗中的应用价值。方法采用美国AR-ROW公司生产的一次性单腔中心静脉导管穿刺腹腔,对15例卵巢癌患者行35次腹腔化疗。结果AR-ROW单腔中心静脉导管均能安全刺入腹腔,无并发症,化疗副反应轻。结论ARROW单腔中心静脉导管用于卵巢癌腹腔化疗简便、安全,病人接受性好。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ARROW central venous catheterizati on set in application of in-traperitioned chemotherapy for ova rian cancer.Methods :we carried out 35abdominocentesis b y ARROW centeral venous catheterization set in 15cases of ov arian cancer.Results:This method can be carried out safely with no complications.The chemoterapy has less side -effect.Conclusion:These results suggest that ARROW cen tral venous catheterization set is s imple and safe in intraperitioned chemoth erapy of ovarian cancer.It is good fo r patients.
