摘　　要：目的研究观察以顺铂为主联合化疗方案配合平阳星瘤体内注射治疗颈部转移瘤的疗效及毒副反应。方法1997年9月至2001年9月,共20例颈部转移瘤病人均以顺铂为主化疗方案配合平阳星瘤体内注射治疗观察。结果完全缓解(CR)8例,部分缓解(PR)9例,总有效率(CR+PR)85%。主要反应为白细胞下降,恶心、呕吐、脱发等。结论含顺铂为主联合化疗配合平阳星瘤体内注射治疗颈部转移瘤,疗效较好,毒副反应轻,可作临床常规治疗。Objective:Observe and study the effects and sid e effects of the treating plan that DDP is used mainly and combined Pinyancin to treat cervical metastasis by injection into mass.Methonds:From 9,1997to 9,201,20patients su ffering from cervical metastasis,all are tr eated by injection into mass.using D DP mainly and combining with Pinyancin.Results:the re-sult of the observation,CR 8cases,PR 9cases.The total effective portio n(CR +PR)85%,The main reaction:the amount of white cells decreased,The patients are nauseated,vomiting,removed th eir fain and so on.Conclusion:the effect of treating cer-vical metastasis by this way is bette r.the side effects is slightly,can b e used as clinic routine treatment.
