支持性心理治疗在慢性精神分裂症康复治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨支持性心理治疗对慢性精神分裂症康复治疗的疗效。方法80例慢性精神分裂症病人,随机分为支持性心理治疗组(A组)和单纯药物治疗组(B组)。在治疗前、中(6个月)、后(12个月)采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)进行疗效评定和因子分析。结果A组治疗后BPRS总分平均下降16.29分,有效率70%,B组治疗后BPRS总分平均下降5.07分,有效率16.6%,两组间有显著差异(P<0.01)。A组治疗后BPRS各因子均有明显变化,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论支持性心理治疗对慢性精神分裂的康复有显著疗效。Objective To study the efficacy of supportive psychotherapy in the recovery treatment of the chronic schizophrenin.Methods 80 chronic schizophrenin patients meeting (CCMD II R) criteria were randomly divided into intervention group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases).Besides routine drug therapy,the intervention group also received supportive psychotherapy.The treatment efficacy and BPRS values were observed before,during and after treatment.Results After treatment,the intervention group's BPRS total values averagly decreased 16.29 point,and the effective rate was 70%.The control group BPRS total values averagely decreased 5.07 point,and the effective rate was 16.6%.There was marked difference between the two groups(P< 0.01).After treatment,every BPRS factor of the intervention group changed obviously(P< 0.01).Conclusion The supportive psychotherapy have marked efficacy in the recovery treatment of the chronic schizophrenin.
