摘　　要：采用诱变得来的产氨短杆菌GMA -2 80 2 ,在 1 2L自控发酵罐上进行 5批发酵肌苷试验 ,发酵周期 5 4小时 ,平均产肌苷 2 0 4 g/L。结果表明该菌株是一株具有较多优良特性的肌苷产生菌。batches of test were made in an 1.2L automatic controllable fermentor using Brevibacterium ammoniagenesmutant GMA-2802.The yield of inosine reached 20.4g/l and the fermentation cycle was 54h.The results showed that GMA-2802 was an excellent inosine-producing strain with many good characteristics
