摘　　要：分析了国有矿山在思想观念、激励机制、约束机制、风险机制中存在的问题及对企业管理、发展的影响,提出了转换矿山经营机制的对策措施。This paper analyses some problems of state-owed mines,which exist in the idea and concept,the incentive mechanical?the watch-dog mechanical and the risk mechanical,and the influence on the enterprise management and development; Then put forward the means of transforming the operational mechanical of the mine.
