摘　　要：企业进行对外投资存在诸多的问题。本文论述了企业对外投资的原因、关系及其特点 ,提出了企业地外投资预防负面因素影响的一些措施。The enterprises have many problems in investing abroad.The article discusses on the reasons,the relationships and the peculiarities in investing abroad,and measures are also suggested some negative factors.
