摘  要:从热传导方程出发 ,利用格林函数法给出了多膜层温度分布以及损伤阈值解析函数表达式 ;并以Si/SiO2 膜系为例 ,在激光波长为 1.3 15 μm情况下 ,计算了硅镜膜层温度分布、激光损伤阈值随光照时间变化的关系曲线 .结果表明 :激光照射镜面中心处的温度明显高于其他区域 .当强激光辐照时间小于 0 .5s时 ,损伤阈值与激光辐照时间密切相关 ;大于等于 0 .Analytic expressions for temperature distribution and damage thresholds of mirrors with multiplayer coatings were obtained by means of Green′s function methods and heat conduction equations. Taking the Si/SiO 2 film systems as an example, the profiles of the temperature rise and the damage thresholds on the surface of a silicon mirror under the irradiation of high power laser at 1.315?μm were calculated. The theoretical results showed that the temperature at the center of the mirror surface with laser irradiation was obviously higher than that in other regions. When the laser irradiation time was less than 0.5 second, the laser damage thresholds were closely related to the laser irradiation time. After 0.5 second, the laser damage thresholds decreased slowly with increase of the laser irradiation time.
