摘 要:采用免疫组织化学方法观察神经生长因子家庭成员 NGF、 BDNF、 NT3和 NT4在成年猫 L6 脊髓的分布。结果 :在L6 脊髓灰质均可见四种生长因子的免疫阳性细胞 ,这些细胞主要是腹角及背角深部的大神经元及背角浅层的小神经元。灰质内亦内 NGF、NT3及 NT4阳性的胶质细胞 ,但数量多少不等。其中 NT3者最多 ,其次是 NGF,NT4者最少。此外 , 板层内还可见较多 BDNF及少量 NT- 3阳性神经膨体。本文结果表明 ,在成年猫脊髓存在 NGF、BDNF、NT3和 NT4。The distribution of NGF, BDNF, NT 3 IN L 6 spinal cord was studied with immunohistochemical ABC method. The results were as follows: positive reaction of all the four growth factors was observed in the neurons of gray matter, especially in ventral horn and the deep of dorsal horn. Positive glia cells of NGF, NT 3 and NT 4 were also observed in gray matter. but, the number of these cells was vaiant. the NGF glia cells being the most while the of NT 4 the least. in addition indicate that, many BDNF and a few NT 3 positive varicosities were also observed in spinal lamina Ⅱ. The results indicate that NGF, BDNF, NT 3 and NT 4 all pcesent in the spinal cord of adult cat and these growth factors may be related to physiological activities of the spinal cord.
