细胞周期调控因子的表达与肺癌预后关系的研究

摘　　要：应用细胞周期调控因子 P2 7kipl、Rb单克隆抗体和 CDK 4多克隆抗体 ,对 5 4例肺鳞状细胞癌的纤支镜活镜标本和 10例正常肺组织进行免疫组织化学染色研究。结果发现 :5 4例肺鳞癌中 ,P2 7kipl阳性表达率为 (2 8/ 5 4) 5 1.9%。表达水平与患者预后呈正相关。 P2 7kipl表达是影响肺癌患者预后的主要因素。 CDK4阳性表达率 (2 6 / 5 4)为 48.l%。 Rb阳性表达率 (33/5 4)为 6 1.1%。表达水平与患者预后呈正相关。结果表明 :P2 7kipl低表达可作为判断肺鳞癌患者预后差的一个独立的有效标记指标。 CDK 4表达对鉴别良恶性病变有一定意义。The fiberoptic bronchoscopic sepcmens of 54 casesly squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal lung tissue immunohistochemical with P 27kipl , Rb and CDK4. In 54 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of lung. The positive staining rate of P 27kipl protein expression was 51 9%(28/54), the expression level of was positively related to the prognosis. Its expression was a primary factor in affecting the prognosis of patients with lung carcinoma. The positive staining rate of CDK4 was 48 1%(26/54). The expression rate of Rb was 61 1% (33/54), and its expression level was positively reated to the prognosis. The resu lts suggest that the lower expression of P 27kipl could be a independent and valid marker for the poor prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of lung. The expression of CDK4 could be significant for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor, and the expression of Rb could be a valuable marker for judging the prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of lung.
